Mr. Hicks "Ed" is a licensed real estate and mortgage broker in Florida, and has held real estate licenses in Maine and California. Past V.P. of California Manufactured Housing Dealers Association, and Chairman of the Mobile Home Committee of the California Association of Realtors. He served on the Governor's select committee to develop licensing for retailers and sales persons in California, and is the author of several publications, and regular contributor to several industry trade magazines. Ed is a well known industry guru and has been a corporate consultant to many manufacturers, developers, and lenders.
